Policies for Massage:
We suggest that you arrive for your appointment 10 minutes early to allow for preparation time. For your safety, please notify us of any medical conditions or medications you are taking. Please feel free to let the massage therapist know how they may better help you during your massage. We would like you to feel comfortable and relaxed to receive the most benefit. Please silence cell phones when in session.
Appointments:
Massage therapy sessions are by appointment only. A credit card may be needed to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation:
To maintain reasonable rates, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show for your scheduled appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and respect for this policy.
If your appointment is booked on the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment is set. This is done in fairness both to clients who would otherwise have wanted the appointment and to the therapist, who is not paid if they do not perform the session.
As a courtesy to everyone, thank you for being prompt. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.
