A first visit will begin with a medical history. This will be followed by a consultation with the doctor, a thorough examination, and appropriate X-rays. If the examination and X-rays correlate then treatment will be given. This first visit typically lasts between 45 minutes to an hour. An appointment will be made for the following day, allowing the doctor time to evaluate in detail your X-rays and examination findings. On this follow-up visit an explanation of the findings will be given as well as a care plan built specifically for you.
