In practice for 35 years, Dr. Oman believes that a patient's symptom improvement is a direct result of covering bases. By supporting the Chiropractic Adjustment with the patient's compliance relative to body mechanics (learning to perform tasks ergonomically and safely); proper exercise; and nutrition, the results from treatment are enhanced dramatically.
To this end, Dr. Oman has been certified beyond chiropractic in Personal Training (exercise); Back School (body mechanics/lifting etc); and has had numerous post graduate hours of study in Nutrition.
He truly believes that the body/mind connection plays a huge part in overall results and to this aim has also become certified in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming (N.L.P.) in order to address this vital issue.
Dr. Oman welcomes new patients and will give free consultations whether by telephone or in person.
