Performance Rehabilitation

Performance Rehabilitation was started in 2008 by Jason Osborne M.P.T, as a state of the art outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Jason and his staff have a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and have a vision for Performance Rehabilitation to set the benchmark for quality acute Physical Therapy and Industrial Rehabilitation services in central North Carolina. We are committed to providing outstanding and compassionate care to the local community and industry.

Physical Therapy provides pain relief through a multifaceted treatment approach. Movement disorders such as neck pain, headaches, low back pain, shoulder tendinitis, knee pain, sprains, tennis elbow and limitations following surgery or injury can result in pain, swelling, and loss of motion. Our physical therapists can help provide relief from these problems and others.
