It is the culmination of all the best practices I have learned and acquired in my years as a veterinarian. From the moment clients walk in the door or call for an appointment, I want them to know that they are in good hands. I want to provide the kind of personal care that I would seek out for my pet.
For me, that starts with our responsive and dedicated staff, all of whom share my philosophy of treating a client's dog or cat as though it was their own. It means providing the best treatment possible, from routine checkups and vaccinations to dental exams and surgeries carried out by the most talented professionals in the city. It means getting to know pets and their owners and being up-to-date on their history and as prepared as possible when they meet with me or another member of the staff. It means following through and following up by keeping clients informed during ongoing treatments.
Because I had the opportunity to plan and design Gotham from the ground up, our brand new facility is a welcoming, clean and healthy environment for cats and dogs, that takes advantage of the latest equipment and technologyâ?"from our cutting edge operating room to the pet profiles and photo IDs.
